TransferKrust is an online platform designed for publishing listings and enabling direct contact between private drivers and clients interested in transfer, taxi, and transportation services between cities, airports, and other destinations across Europe.

By using the website and its services, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If the user does not agree with any provision of these Terms, they must stop using the website and its services.

The platform administration reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the website and will take effect from the moment of publication.

2. Purpose of the Platform

TransferKrust is an online platform designed to enable direct contact between private drivers and clients seeking transportation services between cities, airports, and other destinations across Europe.

The platform allows drivers to create public profiles, specify service locations and routes, and publish information about their services. Clients can browse these listings and contact drivers directly to arrange transportation.

Clients may also publish requests for trips by specifying routes, dates, times, and other travel details. Drivers can view these requests and contact clients to discuss and arrange the transportation.

TransferKrust does not provide transportation services and is not a party to agreements between users. All arrangements regarding trips, prices, and service conditions are made directly between the driver and the client.

3. Registration and Use of the Account

To use listing publication features and other interactive functions of the website, a user creates an account within the MediaIEU system.

The account is a unified account of the MediaIEU network and may be used to access other websites and services within the MediaIEU ecosystem.

On the TransferKrust platform, a user may create only one public profile, intended for publishing service offers and appearing in the platform directory.

The public profile is used to publish information about offered services, service areas, travel routes, vehicles, and other relevant details related to such offers.

Users who use the platform to search for transfers are not required to create a public profile. Such users may publish trip requests and contact users who have published service offers.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed through their account.

4. Public Profiles and Service Listings

Users who have created a public profile on the TransferKrust platform may publish information about their offered services, including descriptions of services, service areas, travel routes, types of vehicles, and other relevant information related to such offers.

Users must ensure that the information published in their public profile and listings is accurate, up to date, and lawful.

It is prohibited to publish information that is false, misleading, violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of third parties, or breaches the platform’s rules.

The platform administration reserves the right to edit, limit the visibility of, or remove information published by users if it violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

Users are responsible for the content of information published in their public profiles and listings.

5. User Listings

Users of the platform may publish listings related to trips and transportation services in accordance with the functionality of the website.

Listings may include information about the route, departure and destination locations, date and time of the trip, and other details necessary for organizing transportation.

Users must publish only accurate and up-to-date information. Publishing listings containing false, misleading, or unlawful information is prohibited.

Users are responsible for the content of their published listings.

The platform reserves the right to restrict, edit, or remove listings if they violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.5. User Listings

All agreements regarding trips, pricing, routes, timing, and other service conditions are arranged directly between users.

TransferKrust does not participate in negotiations between users, does not act as an intermediary in agreements, and is not responsible for the fulfillment or non-fulfillment of arrangements made between users.

7. Payments and Listing Fees

Some features of the TransferKrust platform may include paid listings, the creation of public profiles, or the use of additional website features.

Payment terms, listing prices, and available service plans are indicated on the relevant pages of the website and may be changed by the platform administration.

TransferKrust does not participate in payments between users for transportation services. All payments related to trips and services are made directly between users.

The platform is not responsible for payment conditions, refunds, or other financial arrangements made between users.

8. User Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for the information they publish on the TransferKrust platform, including data provided in public profiles, listings, and other publications.

Users must publish only accurate, up-to-date, and lawful information and comply with applicable laws.

TransferKrust does not verify or confirm the accuracy of information published by users, including information about licenses, permits, qualifications, the technical condition of vehicles, or other characteristics of the services offered.

The platform does not verify user documents, professional activity, legal status, licenses, or the actual condition of vehicles.

All responsibility for the legality of activities, possession of required permits and licenses, as well as the actual condition of vehicles and the quality of services provided lies entirely with the users of the platform.

In the event of complaints from users, requests from government authorities, including law enforcement agencies, or violations of these Terms and Conditions, the platform administration reserves the right to restrict access to the website, temporarily suspend a user account, or remove published information.

Such measures are generally temporary until the violation is resolved. In cases where violations are not resolved, repeated violations occur, or serious breaches of these Terms are identified, the platform administration reserves the right to permanently block the user account and remove the associated public profile.

9. Limitation of Platform Liability

The TransferKrust platform is an informational online platform designed for publishing listings and enabling direct contact between users.

TransferKrust does not provide transportation services, does not act as a carrier, and is not a party to agreements made between users of the platform.

The platform is not responsible for user actions, the quality of services provided, compliance with agreements between users, or any damages or losses resulting from interactions between users.

TransferKrust is also not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information published by users on the platform.

The platform does not participate in disputes between users and does not act as an arbitrator, mediator, or dispute resolution authority. All disputes arising between users must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

Complaints, reports, or communications submitted by users may be reviewed by the platform administration solely as informational notices regarding potential violations or issues. Such communications do not create an obligation for the platform to intervene in disputes between users.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

The TransferKrust platform administration reserves the right to restrict user access to the website, temporarily suspend an account, remove published information, or apply other measures in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or platform rules.

In most cases such measures are applied temporarily until the violation is resolved. Access to the account may be restored once the user corrects the issue that led to the restriction.

In cases of repeated violations, serious breaches of these Terms, or refusal to correct violations, the platform administration reserves the right to permanently block the user account and remove the associated public profile.

The platform administration also reserves the right to remove user accounts and related data in cases of prolonged inactivity or discontinuation of specific platform services.

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the TransferKrust website, including its design, structure, software, databases, texts, graphics, logos, and other materials, are protected by intellectual property laws.

The use, copying, distribution, modification, or any other use of the website materials without prior written permission from the rights holder is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable law.

Users who publish content on the platform confirm that they have the necessary rights to publish such content and that the content does not infringe the rights of third parties.

By publishing information, texts, images, or other materials on the platform, the user grants TransferKrust a non-exclusive right to use, display, distribute, and publish such content within the operation of the websites and services of the project within the MediaIEU cloud infrastructure, including the use and distribution of such content on social networks and other information channels, including Facebook and other platforms used for promotion, information, and development of the project’s services.
