Payments and MediaCoins Policy

1. General Provisions

MediaCoins are internal credits of the MediaIEU system used on the TransferKrust platform and other services of the project.

MediaCoins are used to pay for platform functions within the MediaIEU system, including the TransferKrust service, listing publications, promotion of public profiles, and other services available to users.

MediaCoins are not a currency, cryptocurrency, or financial instrument and are used exclusively within the services of the MediaIEU project.

2. MediaCoin Accrual

MediaCoins may be credited to users within the MediaIEU system as part of the operation of platform services.

MediaCoins may be granted during user registration, through bonus programs, promotional campaigns, special platform offers, or other user activities within system services.

The platform administration reserves the right to credit MediaCoins to users at its own discretion and to determine the conditions for MediaCoin accrual, the amount of bonuses, and the rules for participation in reward programs.

MediaCoins are credited to the user balance associated with the user's unified MediaIEU account.

3. Use of MediaCoins

MediaCoins may be used by users to pay for services and functions available within the MediaIEU system.

These services may include publishing listings, promoting public profiles, activating additional platform features, and using other services within the system.

The list of services that may be paid for using MediaCoins is determined by the platform administration and may change.

MediaCoins may only be used within the MediaIEU system and cannot be exchanged for money or used outside the project services.

4. Purchase of MediaCoins

Users may purchase MediaCoins using payment methods available on the platform.

The price of MediaCoins, available payment methods, and minimum purchase amounts are determined by the platform administration and may change.

Payments are processed through third-party payment services integrated with the platform.

Purchased MediaCoins are credited to the balance associated with the user's unified MediaIEU account.

5. Limitations of MediaCoins

MediaCoins may only be used within the services of the MediaIEU system and are intended solely for payment of platform functions and services.

MediaCoins are not a currency, electronic money, or financial instrument.

MediaCoins cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn from the system, and have no monetary value outside MediaIEU services.

Transfer of MediaCoins between users is only possible where such functionality is provided by the platform.

6. Refunds and Payment Reversals

All transactions related to the purchase of MediaCoins or payment for platform services are generally considered final.

Refunds may only be granted in exceptional cases required by applicable law or at the discretion of the platform administration.

In the event of technical errors, incorrect MediaCoin credits, or other system issues, the platform administration reserves the right to adjust the user’s balance accordingly.

In cases of fraudulent activity, system abuse, or attempts to obtain MediaCoins unlawfully, the platform administration reserves the right to completely cancel the user’s MediaCoin balance.

7. Changes to MediaCoin Rules

The MediaIEU platform administration reserves the right to modify the rules governing the accrual, use, and circulation of MediaCoins.

Such changes may include the methods of earning MediaCoins, the cost of services paid with MediaCoins, and the conditions for using MediaCoins within system services.

Updated rules are published on the relevant platform pages and take effect from the moment of publication.

8. Termination of the MediaCoin Program

The MediaIEU system administration reserves the right to modify the operation of MediaCoins, temporarily suspend, or completely discontinue the use of MediaCoins within system services.

In the event that the MediaCoin system is discontinued, the platform administration may establish a transition period for users to use their remaining balance.

After the expiration of the specified period, unused MediaCoins may be cancelled.

9. MediaCoin Technical Accounting

The balance of MediaCoins is maintained by the MediaIEU system and is displayed in the user account.

All MediaCoin transactions, including accrual, deduction, and usage, are recorded by the platform system.

The platform administration has the right to perform technical checks of transactions and adjust balances if errors or system irregularities are detected.

10. User Responsibility

The user is responsible for the security of their MediaIEU account and access to it.

All MediaCoin transactions performed through a user account are considered to be made by the account holder.

The user must ensure the confidentiality of account access credentials and must not share them with third parties.

If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, the user must immediately notify the platform administration.

11. Governing Law and Relation to the Terms

This Payments and MediaCoins Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

This policy is an appendix and an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of the TransferKrust platform.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of MediaCoins or payment functions of the TransferKrust platform shall be governed by the laws of Latvia.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Latvia.
